1. Changes to constitution

The following resolution will be put to change the Constitution (attached):

Part 3 – The Committee
14. Composition and membership of committee

(1) The Committee is to consist of:

1. (Change to) 3 office-bearers of the Association, and
2. at least (Change to) 2 ordinary Committee members, each of whom is to be elected at the annual general meeting of the Association under clause 15.
3. The total number of Committee members is to be (Change to) 5

(3) The office-bearers of the Association are as follows:

1. the President,
2. the Vice-president – Delete position
3. the Treasurer,
4. the Secretary.
5. Minutes Secretary – Delete position

20. Committee meetings and quorum

(5) Any (Change to) 3 members of the Committee constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of a meeting of the committee.

2. Changes to Organisation

A strategy meeting held on Sunday 22 May identified 6 options for a future direction for MDEG. The preferred option will be adopted at the AGM.

3. Membership

Membership renewals are payable at the commencement of the meeting.
